iPhone 13 LEO satellite connectivity to make calls

We hope everything would go well and we could see iPhone 13 in coming weeks. As per leaks we could find this device slightly different from existing models. However, there is a new feature on the radar that would mark an important step for the company's smartphone is Satellite Connectivity.

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, he believes that the iPhone 13 would have satellite connectivity. Because earlier he has leaked various features of Apple products by allegedly having access to Apple's assembly line and suppliers.

He said that the iPhone 13 would be able to communicate directly with low Earth orbit LEO satellites with the help of Qualcomm X60 chip customized by Apple. Low Earth orbit satellites are those that allow direct communications like SpaceX's Starlink or OneWeb.

What so Special in it?

We would be able to make calls from anywhere in the world even if they do not have 3G, 4G or 5G coverage with the iPhone 13. It would be possible through satellite connectivity which does not depend on terrestrial antennas but on the phone communicating with some of the satellites that pass over it at that time.

As we all know Apple usually announce their devices in the beginning of September and not only iPhone 13 we are expecting iPhone 13 mini, an iPhone 13, an iPhone 13 Pro and an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The only difference would be the size like from 5.4 inches to 6.7 inches, internal characteristics or different camera systems and what might not be changed are like the notch at the top, rectangular design with the straight edges.
